상세정보 장비분류 분석/계측 장비 용도 규격 원자힘현미경(Atomic Force Microscope, AFM)은 주사 탐침 현미경(Scanning Probe Microscope, SPM)의 한 종류이며, 렌즈를 이용해서 이미지를 형성하는 것이 아니라 AFM에 장착된 탐침을 이용해서 시료와 탐침 사이의 접촉 힘을 이용하여 힘의 변화를 기록함으로써 3차원 이미지를 얻는다.

1. 유저 테스트를 볼 인원의 소속 (교수님 성함, 학과, 테스트 신청자 본인 성명, 학번 등 기재)과 유저 교육 및 테스트가 가능한
날짜 및 시간을 기재한 뒤, 장비 관리자에게 메일
2. 일정 조율 후 유저 교육 및 테스트를 통과했다면, 위 소속 정보를 다시 관리자 메일로 회신
3. 기기 관리 시스템에서 자율적으로 사용
주의 사항
- 장비 사용 관련 문의는 메일(sglee2135@korea.ac.kr)로 하시기 바랍니다. 개인 전화번호는 긴급 사항에 대해서만 해주시기 바랍니다.
- 측정에 필요한 cantilever 및 샘플 플레이트는 제공하지 않습니다.
- Sthm mode는 진행하지 않습니다.
- 예약 없이, 유저 자격 없이 사용 적발 시, 해당 학생 소속 연구실 전체 영구 사용 중지.
- XY 스테이지 커버의 임의적인 분리 또는 뒤집어 덮어놓는 행위 금지.
- AFM 팁 결착부위의 임의적인 분리 금지.
- AFM 측정 중 용액 사용 금지.
- External 계측 장비를 사용하는 측정이 필요한 경우, 관리자에게 반드시 연락 후 사용 바랍니다.
- 기기 사용 규칙을 준수하지 않은 모든 경우, 적발 시
(1차) 1개월 유저 사용 금지.
(2차) 해당 연구실 학생 전원 영구 사용 금지.

About obtaining equipment user qualification

Cautions
- If you are found using the equipment without a reservation or user qualification, permanently suspend the laboratory usage for the student's affiliated research group.
- Do not arbitrarily remove or invert the XY stage cover.
- Do not arbitrarily detach the AFM tip attachment area.
- Do not use any liquid during AFM measurements.
- For inquiries regarding equipment usage, please contact via email (sglee2135@korea.ac.kr). Please reserve your personal phone number for emergencies only.
- Tips and sample plates required for measurements are not provided.
- The Sthm mode is not available.
- If measurements require the use of external measurement equipment, you must contact the administrator prior to use.
- In all cases where the equipment usage rules are violated, the following penalties will apply:
(1st offense) User access banned for 1 month.
