타겟 규격 (Target Preparation)
- 직경 3인치로, 자성체(Fe, Ni, Cr 등)는 두께 2mm, 귀금속(Au, Pt)은 1~2mm로 하여, 뒷면에 copper backing plate와 metal bonding을 통해 전체 두께를 1/4"(6.35mm)에 맞춰주세요. 일반 Metal target은 두께 1/4"로, Non-metal target은 1/4" 두께에 1/8" copper backing plate를 bonding하여 전체 두께를 3/8"(9.5mm)로 준비해 주시면 됩니다. 또한, Carbon 기반 타겟의 경우 챔버 오염으로 인해 사용이 불가합니다.
- Please prepare the target with a 3-inch diameter. For magnetic materials (Fe, Ni, Cr, etc.), the thickness should be 2mm, and for precious metals (Au, Pt), 1-2mm. Bond the back with a copper backing plate and metal bonding to achieve a total thickness of 1/4" (6.35mm). For general metal targets, use a thickness of 1/4". For non-metal targets, bond a 1/8" copper backing plate to a 1/4" thick target to achieve a total thickness of 3/8" (9.5mm). - 스퍼터링 시스템에 대한 기본 정보는 Korea Vacuum System에 문의하여 사전 정보 숙지 후 관리자 연락. 임의의 공정 (물질, 기판 등에 따라)에 대해 관리자가 받지 않을 수 있음.
- Inquire with 'Korea Vacuum System' for basic details about the Sputtering system prior to contacting the administrator. Arbitrary processes may be rejected.
- 유저 교육 및 테스트는 매달 둘째 주, 넷째 주 금요일 오전시간에 일괄 진행. 관리자 일정에 따라 날짜 및 시간은 임의로 달라질 수 있음.
( 한타임에 한명씩 진행하므로 순서가 다음달로 미뤼질 수 있음 )
- User training sessions and test are conducted collectively during the second week and last week friday morning of each month.

- 1회 사용 시 평균 2-3시간 소요 / 타겟 제공 불가 / 의뢰 불가 / 이용 금액의 경우, 분기 별 정산 및 금액 청구
- Each session typically requires 2–3 hours. / Targets are not provided. / External service requests are not accepted. / Usage fees are billed and settled quarterly.
- 직접 사용 시, 반드시 장비 관리자에게 유저 자격을 받고 사용
- If you use the equipment directly, the equipment manager must certify you as a user.
- Vacuum prccess에 별도의 Interlock이 없어 사용 시 주의
- There is no separate Interlock for the vacuum process, so please exercise caution when using it.
- 모든 타겟은 개인 지참 후 테스트 및 사용 가능, 실험실 내 임의 타겟 사용 시 장비 사용 불가
- All targets must be personally provided. Testing and use are allowed, but any unauthorized targets from the laboratory may not be used.
- 위 주의 사항을 어길 시, 1회: 1개월 사용 불가, 2회: 소속 그룹 전체 영구 사용 불가
- Violations of the above rules will result in the following penalties:
1st violation: 1-month suspension of use, 2nd violation: permanent suspension for the entire affiliated group.
